Every product we offer is custom-made, so it may take 1-2 weeks to craft your item before it ships due to the number of orders and intricacy of your unique design.

How long does shipping take?


USPS First-Class shipping usually requires 1-5 business days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment for precise updates.

What if my order is delayed?


While we strive to ship on time, delays can occasionally occur. 
If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you promptly with an updated timeline.

What are your holiday shipping deadlines?


To guarantee on-time delivery for a special occasion, orders should be placed at least a month in advance. This will also factor in any potential weather-related delays.

Do you ship internationally?


At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we’re working on expanding our shipping options—stay tuned!---

Refund Policy:


At Teemim Tips Press-On Nails, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade press-on nails designed just for you. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

All sales of press-on nails are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been shipped.


Damaged or Defective Items:


If your order arrives damaged or defective:


    1. Contact us at teemimtips@teemimtips.com within 24 hours of delivery.


     2. Provide order number, name on order, and clear photos of the issue for verification.


     3. Upon verification, we will decide whether to offer a replacement, provide store             credit, or deny further action.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

Changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will begin processing and cannot be modified.


Sizing Issues:

To ensure a perfect fit, we strongly recommend using our sizing guide or purchasing a sizing kit before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes provided by the customer.
