At Teemim Tips Press-On Nails, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade press-on nails designed just for you. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please review our policy below:

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• All sales of press-on nails are final.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective 

Items If your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us at teemimtips@teemimtips.com within 2 days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos of the issue for verification.
3. Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Order Changes or Cancellations Cancellations or changes can only be made within 24hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will begin processing and cannot be modified.

Sizing Issues 

To ensure a perfect fit, we strongly recommend using our sizing guide or purchasing a sizing kit before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes provided by the customer.
